• Responsible for managing the HR customer service delivery Contact Specialist team
• Responsible for delivering timely and accurate support to the company employees and HR community.
• Supervise the Contact Center Specialists that manage the inbound channels to include phone, fax, email, web forms, chat, etc.
• Improve the customer experience while increasing the effectiveness of services through a team of Contact Center Specialists

• Proficient in Mandarin and English, can speak, read and write
• Bachelor’s Degree in any courses
• At Least 5 years working experience in BPO with a concentration in the delivery of HR Services
• Working knowledge in HR or data management
• Knowledge in computer software and excel
