Responsibilities:
Company Profile:

This is a Japanese BPO company located in Ortigas. It is an outsourcing company focusing on the client’s management process. They are mainly innovating systems and process that could make each department efficient, providing 2nd degree support to secure human resource and ensuring continuous provision of services of the company.


Responsibilities:

1.responsible for the development and
activities of his/her staff
2.ensure work group operates at a
maximum efficiency
prevents individual from performing
prohibited activities
3.determine ways in which group will
meet company goals
4.must also be willing to answers call
when concurrent call comes in
4.prepare daily and monthly reports
5.responsible in translation from
Japanese to English and vice versa

Requirements:
1.Filipino
2.fluent in Japanese
3.At least Japanese Level 1 or Level 2 4.(JLPT Certificate is not required)
5.Must be good in speaking and writing
6.English proficiency is not required.
7.Bachelor’s Degree holder
8.Proficient in Microsoft Excel
9.Has experience in supervisory
position
10.Has BPO experience is an advantage
