- Handling email and chat support staff
- Responsible in keeping customer records by updating account information.
- Suggesting solutions to services issues by knowing and understanding the customer's complaint
- Responsible in giving performance feedback to each member
- Assisting the supervisors and manager with daily operation of the company"
