• Providing professional communication with internal and external customers.
• Assist with the processing of orders from initial review to invoicing.
• Provide invoice copies, contracts, orders and other customer information from the
• Fulfillment systems to Sales and/or customer upon request.
• Proficient in using Mandarin and English language. (oral and written)
• Completed any Bachelor’s degree program
• Preferably with experience in customer service
• Knowledgeable in using MS office tools.
